Lots of fun is the only way to describe the bayou towns of Southwest Louisiana. Better known as Acadiana, the area is comprised of eight parishes. With its French roots and rich multi- cultural climate, it is full of great social encounters and many exciting adventures. So, whether you live in Cajun Country or are just visiting, you'll find the latest Cajun happenings, and more, here at Cajun Cafe'. If you've never been to a fais do do ( street dance ) or crawfish boil, don't worry, you'll catch on fast. Great food, great music, and great people! Cajun Country has it ALL! It is a place where the Joie de Vivre rules! Celebrations of life abound and family is sacred. They say that there are three ways to become a Cajun. "By the blood, by the ring, and by the back door!
